Great service, communication and customer service. A place that truly cares. No stress or worry. Just drop off your car and they do everything, including rental car arrangements.
They will tell you one price at the beginning and once your car is in, they will give you another price so I do not recommend this place this particular location I’m talking
Excellent customer service, courteous staff kept me updated throughout the repair process and provided delivery before the allocated time. Will surely recommend this location to all for their repair needs. Rental car was also arranged on site…Above all the car was nicely detailed from inside. Great job !!!!!!
Angelo was easy to work with from the start. He was very knowledgeable, honest and accomadting. His prices are more than fair, and the quality of work was beyond professional! The paint work has made the car look brand new, and he also had it nicely cleaned inside and out by pick up. I will definitely use car star in the future, and highly recommended them! While on phone with CAA claims rep, Diamond was already calling to set up our appointment. Work done is 4 days...excellent work including a thorough cleaning of my car's inside...WOW! Was throughly impressed by the workmanship from this shop. They repaired my rear bumper/trunk and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Angelo is a stand up guy who is honest with you, and I really appreciated that given this was my first experience dealing with an auto collision shop.
