The team at Star Auto Glass are seriously amazing. Daniela and Linda went above and beyond to help us out and were incredibly knowledgeable. I can't imagine going anywhere else for any future windshield replacements. A++
Had my windshield replaced, and it cost me nothing. Would have been happy to recommend them based on that. However, they damaged my car and tried to say it was like that when they got it. Good try. Just own the mistake, fix or replace it and move on.
SCAMMERS. Once they give you a price over the phone they will increase it after doing the work for no reason. I was quoted $480 for my windshield and was FORCED to pay over $1000 after it was installed. HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!?
Had to take a new car I bought wasn't sure where the chip came from and didn't realize it had already been filled. They could have totally taken advantage. They did not. They were amazing told me the chip was already filled and what to keep an eye out for. Charged me zero dollars. They were friendly and so knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them in the future!

The employees who actually replaced the windshield were absolutely lovely. They were kind, professional, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the people working at the front desk completely ruined the experience. They gave us the wrong quote when we came in, and after the installation, they suddenly raised the price. This is actually the second time this has happened, and they even threatened to remove the windshield if we didn’t pay the new price. We waited in the heat for over 3 hours because they overbooked. The service was terrible, and the management was even worse. The manager’s behavior was aggressive and unprofessional. Honestly, it seemed like the technicians working in the back were used to the chaos, like this is just a normal day for them. If you’re thinking of going here, please be careful. The technicians are great, but the front staff and management are incredibly disappointing.
