Update: Changed from a 2 star to 1, after the clinic offered me a refund for my inconvenience but only if I removed my negative review. Just goes to show, you can't trust the reviews for this location are genuine at all. Original review: Called to make an apt at their other location as I was recommended by a client/friend to see someone specific. This person was not available so the receptionist suggested the Bolton location. I was reluctant to see someone new, but booked anyway as I was travelling soon and did not want to do so in pain. Receptionist booked me with Dr. Fragakis. On the day of, I wanted to cancel as there was a massive snow storm but risked it anyway as I was limited on time. I should have cancelled. Unfortunately, not worth the visit. There was no removal of ingrown nail at all, I essentially paid $100 and spent almost 2 hours of my time (with commute) to have nail polish removed on two toes and both nails filed; that's it. Something I could have done myself at home for free. I ended up having to travel in pain after all, and book another appointment elsewhere when I returned; who did indeed remove the ingrown. In addition, they has issues billing directly to my insurer. I did so myself, two weeks after my visit I was still not reimbursed. Never had this issue during 10+ years under this policy. When I spoke to an agent, they stated something along the lines of the clinic "being flagged" and that they would need more information. After sending a more detailed invoice, this was still not enough, they requested doctor notes. Another two weeks later, and still declined. Spoke to another agent who reconfirmed it was not an issue with my policy, but instead "the clinic and provider specifically." I've now had to send a bank statement to show further proof that I paid for treatment, and over a month later, I'm still awaiting reimbursement. Not sure what's up here. Pro: the receptionist and other staff that I came in contact with were all very polite and professional.
I’ve been going to Family Footcare clinic for a while now for a professional pedicure, never have I left the place more than happy. I’m having Isabella and Evlen do my pedicure and they are AMAZING! If you are looking for a real pedicure where they clean everything, I would recommend this place! Everyone are so knowledgeable and professional! I definitely recommend
I visited Bolton Family Foot Care today for a routine medical pedicure, I had Linda clean my feet today and and she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, did an amazing job and cut my toe nails exactly how I asked her to! Thank you Linda!!
I have been a long term patient of this establishment. I have recommended family and friends over the years. I have bought shoes, creams, nail polishes etc. I brought my children as well to get their feet looked at. The technicians are really good at their jobs but the customer service at the front desk and management needs improvement. This year my appointments have been cancelled several times without a follow-up appointment offered. I emailed this establishment in September with my concerns only to be ignored. It is now November and their has been no response. The front desk employee is highly unprofessional and rude and management/ownership needs to be accountable. I will happily take my money and patronage elsewhere. I would not want the my customers to be treated so poorly. Avoid at all cost. Emily
They are clean and professional however it takes a long time to book an appointment and they are still issuing paper invoices. I have asked many times to email me the invoice and they ALWAYS print it. People learn to be paperless!! We are in 2020 and facing global warming!
I had been having issues with my feet for so long that haven’t been addressed at the practice I had been going to. As crazy as it sounds after my first visit with Anna I had no pain!! The staff here are beyond accommodating and when I can’t see Anna her team takes just as good care of me as she does. A real family feel.. and that is so hard to come by these days. Thank you Family Foot Care!! Highly recommended if you’re feet need TLC! ?
I have been a patient here since 2009 and I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. Every appointment I am treated with the respect and professionalism. They are very accommodating and caring with my time and needs the. The office is also very clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this foot clinic!
