Early morning staff are never around, I show up and have to wait 10 minutes outside. I have showed up at 3 different times in the morning in the same week, 4:15am 5:37am and 4:50. Every single time the cashier is not around. I understand you get legally mandated breaks, it just seems they are on one EVERY time I show up at DIFFERENT times. This location should seriously consider a self checkout kiosk
I have recently moved in Bolton and I found this soft cloth car wash as an only choice. The wash quality is a disaster. You need to wash your car again after finishing. The air blower is not drying at the end.
Car wash exit is so busted up you need a car wash after you exit. It’s been in horrible shape for years the asphalt is full of very big pot holes and I have told several employees . The employees agree it’s in bad shape
I kid you not, every single time I have gone there to use my car wash card, the car wash is broken. Including yet another visit today. That car wash is broken more than any McDonald's ice cream machine ever has been. I'm no longer wasting my money on a car wash pass for a non-functional car wash. I really hope Petro Canada actually reads these reviews because that car wash needs to be kicked down to the ground and rebuilt. It's such an excellent location it's a shame they've let it get to this sort of disarray
Came here to buy 4 50$ prepaid Visa cards and left with this idiot having charged me 333$ and saying it will be back in my bank in 24hours. How you can run a gas station and have no idea what you are doing is beyond me. Do not use this business.
Poor customer service. I went through the car wash and had damage done to my car. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager since the incident, at this point 3 weeks. I have been calling the location consistently and leaving my number multiple times to have them call back and I have received no call back. Only after speaking to head office I was told I need to fill out an incident report which was never mentioned any of the times I spoke to the employees about damages to my car.
The guy at the counter can't converse in English, no greetings no smile, must be cheap to hire! Car wash is similar story, leaves so much soap on the vehicle, will avoid coming here!
