Got Dekton countertop installed through Homedepot. They subcontract stoneworx. Matthias and his team completed the installation. Professional, clean, and the product looks fantastic. They were flexible with our changing schedule and gave us instructions on material care at the end. Overall, very happy with the service and the product.
Stoneworx offers excellent customer care, specifically from Cassandra and Pam of the team. Pam started the initial request after the installation while Cassandra followed up after the project completion. They both did everything possible to make sure We are 100% satisfied. They are the best of the best! John from the installer team did amazing job, too. They visited my home TWICE, just to ensure we got everything we wanted. Stoneworx provides top of the line on the countertop with very competitive price and excellent service. Our family is very happy with everything. If you need a new countertop, just go to Stoneworx and you will be more than satisfied. We testified here that we have had the best of the best from them start to finish!
I had the pleasure of working with Stoneworx via Home Depot. They installed a new quartz countertop in my kitchen and it looks beautiful. The installation team (John and Felipe) was very professional and careful and did a fantastic job. Their customer service also called me the day after to check if I was happy and to provide instructions on keeping it well maintained. Great experience, highly recommended!
We had a very disappointing experience with Stoneworx. Their greatest asset are the installers Shane and Lad. We order thru Home Depot who also quoted us 3 weeks. Where it took a little more than 6 weeks. Suggest to have conversation with HD so that customers are not mislead. We were originally scheduled for install on June 20th but received a call a couple of days prior to advise that it would be delayed until June 30th. This of course meant we had to reschedule our plumber and the back splash installion. The Stoneworx installers were fantastic and very professional. One small section of the counter top was not properly cut and it took 2 weeks to get them back to install. We had to chase Stoneworx for results. No one called us to follow up on the deficiency. It was like pulling teeth. On more than one occassion we were told " sorry...there's nothing we can do" . We were given a date for completion only to receive a call minutes before we expected them to arrive and were told that we were being rescheduled for two days later because there was a priority that needed to be attended to. So I guess we weren't a priority despite the fact that we had to live with an unfinished counter top for two weeks. I called Stoneworx and asked to speak directly with a manager. The receptionist asked me what it was regarding. She then patched me over to Pam's voice-mail where I had to leave a message. Given that she was out of office ( which she did not indicate on her voicemail) no one returned my call for 3 days. So we were basically left hanging. Extremely poor customer service given that we were paid in full and now being held hostage for completion. We had to rent a tile cutter at second time ( at our added expense) to complete the backsplash. I get that were are living through challenging times but customer service isn't rocket science. We would not recommend Stoneworx strictly on their lack of customer service and not making us feel valued as their customer. .
Stoneworx provided our kitchen countertops. Julie was helpful in choosing a material and ensuring the installation was completed on a timely and efficient manner. We would recommend stoneworx !
