I recently bought honey from Humbervalley Honey, and I'm very impressed. Larry, the owner, is knowledgeable and passionate. The creamed honey is smooth, the hot honey adds a great kick, and the organic honey is pure and delicious. The bee pollen is also a great addition to smoothies. Highly recommend for quality honey products!
I found out about this honey when. I was looking for some local honey for my wife. Thought it was worth a shot and both of us were blown away by the quality. You can really see the passion that Larry has for his product, and he gave me a quick look through of his workshop and also offered to show the bees up close, which I hope to see very soon :) The spicy honey is also a must and opened up a new world of flavour.
