Amazing staff David, gary and Darius were all very helpful, making sure the purchase was a good purchase. Just got a C350 from this place they made sure it’s in prestine condition and safetied it for me.
Really disappointed in their service. In July we left our new Sorento with them for a couple days to fix the door handle. I have an air tag in the vehicle which shows the took my vehicle to numerous places in Bolton and Brampton. Looks like someone even took it home over night! That's not cool. You don't use a clients vehicle to run around. Brought this GM's attention, he pawned us off to the Service Manager. It's been a month and 2 emails to them with no reply. My recommendation, don't use Bolton Kia and definitely don't leave your vehicle there.
This is the absolute worst dealership in all of Canada. They have no regard for customers and do not honour the Kia Protect program that we paid for. Save yourself the time and energy because they will not help you; they will just take your money and then treat you like garbage.
Amazing service. Razz the sales manager was so polite and ensured my sister and I were satisfied. He worked above and beyond to get us our dream car. Bolton kia is now my home dealership I couldn’t have chose a better dealership. Thank you again.
Purchased a car from Bolton Kia recently. The experience was great. The sales team was accommodative, answering all of my questions without making me feel pressured, and I was offered a fair value on my trade in. Will be happy to deal with these guys again in the future.
Your reply to the previous review was not RIGHT sir. You are trying to protect your business reputation but also I have the right to let the people know that your sales person was lying when he mentioned that you have inventory and he can make the cars ready with in a week.i know that you will reply to this review and mention that what we mentioned is incorrect cause you have to protect your reputation. I have filled a complaint with KIA Canada .
