Would not recommend. I was really looking forward to a massage for my neck and shoulder pain. I booked a massage here with Dayna and it was the most uncomfortable massage I’ve ever received. Most masseuses use their palms or fingers to massage but it feels like she either used her elbows or knuckles the entire time. It didn’t help with my pain and has made it worse.
My husband and I have been attending this clinic for over 5 years now and we absolutely love and appreciate the level of care, respect and treatment provided. Rita provides effective treatments and readily puts you at ease during your massage session. Her massage technique is next level, and I cannot rave enough about her to anyone who will listen to me! Olvia provides stretch therapy and chiropractic care and is very approachable, professional, and goes above and beyond to give the best care possible. Thank you CIC!

Complete Integrative Care is a fantastic place for RMT massage. Firstly, it has excellent software that you can use on your mobile device to book an appointment. This is very convenient. You can choose the practitioner, the time, the length of the appointment, and so on. You can also cancel the appointment with the app, change the time, or the date. More importantly than the app, the people at CIC are very friendly and professional. Marcia is an excellent RMT and very personable and always positive. Rita is the owner and is also excellent. Her clients love her so much that it is sometimes difficult to book her for an appointment! Andrew and Jake are equally personable and professional, although I have not had an appointment with them. Chantel is fantastic and working out the knots. I have not met the rest of the CIC team, but I trust that Rita hires like-minded people who love their job and love working with and interacting with people. The facilities are clean and spacious, yet the building has character and charm. The location is convenient, located on Bolton's main street with nearby parking. These people love what they do and the energy and vibes of this place is something that is not easy to find. I recommend this clinic very highly!
