I went in on Dec 19th evening 2025 just 15 mins prior to closing, at approx 9:45pm. The girl who was working was super sweet, I forgot to ask for her name. I think she was working there by herself and was getting ready to close the store. She never made me feel rush and was very nice. I have never been to this franchise before and wasn’t sure how to order nachos and she was incredibly helpful and patient. She did amazing

I absolutely love coming to Quesada in Bolton! The staff are always friendly and give me the best service. As a regular, I would recommend anyone to come here specifically for how nice the workers are! :)
We came in as a group of 4 on Sunday Oct 20th. at around 12:40ish.The service of this place is so trash. The girl made it seem like it was as if it was a chore to make our order. We asked for extra pickled onions as she barely put any the initial time, and she rolled her eyes and chuckled…then proceeded to ask us “you really think that’s little?” which was pretty condescending, and then told us she would have to double charge us for extra pickled onions. Every topping we asked for, it’s almost as if she was counting how many she put on, and you’d think since your paying almost $20 for a bowl…they wouldn’t be so stingy with the toppings/sauces. Get better staff.
This place serves the best burritos in town! The portions are huge, and the ingredients are always fresh. I tried the chicken burrito with guacamole, and it was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. The staff is friendly and quick with orders. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal!”
