I picked up my kota black limestone Banas Stones order, and it’s absolutely perfect! great colour, great finish, exactly what I needed. But the real star of the experience was Adam. Not only is he ridiculously handsome, but he was unbelievably helpful. He zeroed in on the right stone in seconds, explained everything clearly, and genuinely made the whole process simple and straightforward. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Adam and the stone are top-tier!

PLEASE READ THE FAQ on the Banas website very carefully before deciding to spend money installing Sandstone. A day after installation of Dove Grey Sandstone, black marks developed as well as rust and continued to develop further. This is what Banas considers NORMAL, so be forewarned. After weeks of unreturned phone calls, the Manager "Frank" came to our house and told us that Americans love the look. Again, after many unreturned phone calls, they sent an employee from the yard to clean the rust with their own product - which didn't work. Now that we've impregnated the stones with the Banas Stone Impregnator, more rust has turned up on other stones. My email has gone unanswered and really, they couldn't care less. It's too bad that a company like Banas, which sells such a large volume of stones, is so careless with their reputation.
Banas has always been a great product to use. They are reliable, consistent and we always know what to expect. We use Banas for 99% of our natural stone installs from coping, to steps and counter tops.
Banas Stones has an amazing collection of products. I recently purchased some steps for my backyard and I am beyond happy with the results. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be purchasing more products for my backyard!
