You can’t get anything done properly these days without someone scamming you or taking your things. Had my aluminum valve caps taken when my vehicle was being serviced. While I sat in my car. If that’s not a slap in the face. Will never go to any of the quick change places again. I’m getting the word out there dont waste your money!!
Amazing experience. I have brought both cars in to be serviced and have had nothing but a positive experience. Cal is amazing. He is honest and explains everything in detail, he mentioned that my transmission fluid was black and needed to be changed, I felt no pressure from him like I have previously at Mr Lube. When I contacted my husband regarding the transmission fluid he had said it had been done 6 months ago. When Cal and I looked at my receipt from Mr. Lube I was Infact charged for a transmission flush but Cal explained that it's very possible that I was scammed. They might have topped it up but no way was a flush done 6 months ago, 20,000km and it's that dark. If you want good quality and honest service see Cal and his team. You will not be disappointed.
Great service, friendly staff. They helped me change my oil, and check my car. I was very happy with the inspection they did and the speed of their service for a great price.
I think people underestimate the value of great customer service when dealing with mechanics/repair shops. I called all the local shops, many to my surprise do not allow you to supply your own oil/filter. The ones that did were not able to perform the oil change last minute, which is understandable. I called Valvoline and they were able to do $41.50 for the labor. I use to pay $20-$30 a couple years ago but like many other things, I acknowledge prices have gone up. Kyle who did my oil change, along with the other 2 gentleman working, were very friendly and inviting. Kyle completed it in 10 mins so essentially I was "in and out." Thanks again Kyle!
Harman is very professional and knowledgeable at his job, he doesn’t try to upsell or anything, he cleaned my air filter without even asking me. Very honest person and a hard worker too, would definitely recommend
I have taken my vehicles as well as my family vehicles here for some years now and I’ve never had a complaint, always super respectful and professional. Young mechanic named cal helped me yesterday and he was extremely helpful. Would recommend!.!.
