Since January of 2025, the process, assessments and findings have been amazing, the rehabilitation has improved. The performance of the staff have been and still are very professional .
I started physio at Focus about 8 weeks ago and the staff are great. Although they serve multiple people at the same time, I'm usually in and out in 45 mins. I can't wait for the massage therapy to begin as I here they massage therapist they have is great.
This focus location is brilliant. The staff here are amazing. Narinder is friendly and very accommodating. Always found a way to fit an appointment in for me. Jenna the PTA is so kind, makes you feel comfortable and always has a smile on her face. Alisha the physiotherapist is also very kind. She is knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. The experience here is great.
Been going regularly since another driver chose to total our car instead of obeying a stop sign. The staff is great. Devi and Jenna are always helpful and listen to their patients. But they are not afraid to push you when you need it. Narinder at the front desk is extremely organized. Appointments are scheduled efficiently with minimal wsit times. And her ability to effortlessly navigate the confusing alphabet soup of insurance forms is remarkable. They have had a big part to play in our recovery.
I have never posted anything but had to this time. The receptionist would not book me a appointment without my benefit information ,which i sent ,then wanted my financial information :example pay stub They seem more interested in getting paid than helping . Needless to say I will not be going to Focus Group!
Focus Physiotherapy provided care to my torn ACL with a large degree of effectiveness. All health care workers work in an organized way to assist me with my healing requirements. Each of the treatments and exercises taught have helped strengthen my knee. The staff is friendly and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to have physiotherapy done. Thank you Marco
