I came here to order shirts for students at my school and was very impressed with the quality and customer service. Not to mention having the shirts made quickly with great designs. Would highly recommend and go back again.
Vince always got my work done and was very reasonable with the cost. I have been going to Mailbox Xpres for a few years now and I am delighted to know how close this printing shop is. This in in response to the above message. I came into the store to inquire about services and to see what the store could offer to address my inquiry. When I asked the employee his response and attitude was rude and dismissive. My inquiries were specific and I knew precisely what I wanted to do however I did not know the capabilities of the store which is why I asked for clarity around the services. His tone and approach to what I felt were benign questions a normal customer would ask lead me to feel that there was something about me he had an issue with and since I did not know me I believed that his issues had to do with my phenotype. I did not have an issue with paying for anything as I clearly understood I was walking into a place of business my issue was the way I was treated as a customer. If you are ok with your employee acting like this, then as the owner that tells me everything I need to know and hopefully future clients are aware of how they may be treated by your employees.
If I could give this place zero stars I would and it is solely based on the horrendous service I received from the only grotesque employee I met there. The man clearly had no desire to assist me and made sure in everything I asked to make it as difficult as possible to address my needs. It seemed his only desire was to listen to Fox News rather than help me. I do hope that whomever this individual sees this and either addresses the employee or finds new staff more aptly equipped to help customers. Thoroughly disgusted and I highly suggest against anyone giving this place their business when looking for mail or printing services
My experiences with Mailbox Express located on Wanless drive in Brampton, Ontario has been exceptional. From the first time I entered this business site, owned and operated by Vince, I have received outstanding service. From printing, plaguing very old and treasured pictures of my now deceased parents, to printing personal caps for my family, I have been treated with respect, patience, consideration and professionalism. Vince is exceptionally knowledgeable about a wide variety of services and will now be my number one person responsible for managing and advising me about marketing strategies for my practice as a clinical therapist.
