Firehouse is one of my favourite spots, I've been to them all over Ontario and this one was the best. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my order taken. Jason the manager and his team were hustling, bringing orders to tables, cleaning up after people and offering napkins and condiments. My food was fresh and I tried the fries for the first time and I'll def get them again. Crazy to see that one of the smaller locations I have ever been to was the most friendly and my order was perfect.
Bro, I wanna love this place. But it's dirty. When I went a month ago, there war parchment paper in my sub. The next time I gave them another chance, there was a bone (or something more disgusting) in the steak. My wife and I joke that when you order from there, you'll find some random shit in your sub. Don't want you guys to close, love the different options on bolton. Just hire better people.
I ordered a meatball sub from this location and the meatballs were as hard as a hockey puck and it was un-eatable. I contacted them and I was told the store owner or manager would reach out and they never did contact me to rectify the issue. I would not recommend this location.
The employee was nervous and super rude , i just did ask about my order if it’s ready or not , she start yelling right away and said if you don’t want to wait just leave your order . Never again
Firehouse subs are some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The best part is, it doesn't matter which sub you order, I know it's going to be good! So I like to try a different sub everytime I go, and I haven't been disappointed yet.
The staff here is nice and the subs are made to perfection. The New York steamer and the hook & ladder were both delicious, right amount of meat and the pickle is perfect on the side.
Went to this place yesterday in the evening. Placed an order on the phone. Got chicken sub with pickle on the side. Order was prepared so well. Customer service was great. The food was good.
