I called the store to ask about a pair of snow pants, and Julia was incredibly helpful. She checked the system for me and even went to look through the department to make sure. She was very kind, patient, and enthusiastic the whole time. Even though the size I needed wasn’t available, her service was outstanding. Thank you, Julia!

The service there is great employees are nice. You can find anything you need whether it be tennis rackets, hockey, sticks, bikes, skates, hockey helmet, hockey gear, or anything else you might need.
Brought my bike in for a simple repair. My bike got stripped of all parts by what they call a mistake, after a month later they fixed it and didn’t warranty the new work they had done. 1week later a part failed and they refused to fix it and told me it was a misunderstanding. Bike shop and its technicians are terrible and I would never take a bike back there again. The manager is no help and left me with more of a problem then I brought it there with. Overall terrible.

Went there today to purchase hiking shoes and related equipment. Two sales guys stood 20' from me chatting for 30 minutes, never offering assistance until I was leaving. My response, 'you guys can continue chatting', I left, going to the competition now.
