Dealt with this shop for a bit for new and used tires. Good prices, good service. Sometimes you have to wait quite a long time even though you have a appointment. Great tire shop if your in the Bolton are
Amar, Jag, and Jas were amazing and really helpful and nice people. Nice little family run place. Even looked at my car free of charge and told me what was actually wrong with it instead of other mechanics I went to that told me it would have cost me thousands of dollars. If something else happend within a day or 2 after, they took my car in right away and fixed it for me. I trust these guys and will definitely be going back to get oil changes and work done from them. Professional and nice Mechanics as well. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service! Have been a regular customer for 15 years. Tire junction has serviced all of our cars ranging from Smart car, to Land Rover, Suburban, Saab, Scion IQ, BMW, and Mercedes. And a few others in between. The shop has all of the latest equipment to service our cars in a proper and professional way every time. We live 1 hour north of Bolton and would not go anywhere else. Thank you Amar, and the entire staff at Tire Junction for always being there and being the best. The lead mechanic Rafael has complete knowledge about every car. He is the absolute best ! Thanks again from my wife and I.
Owner is rude, he need to learn how talk to customers. Horrible service, on top of it untrained and unprofessional staff, a $10 savings can cost you scratches while handling tires.
Purchased tires from them and had them installed and they damaged one of my tire pressure sensors and told me it would cost 59 dollars to replace. I dont think I'll be back
Rented a 15' truck for moving day. The owner was nice enough but the service was very slow. He was distracted with other customers. I recommend using their online check-in tool to speed up the process.
Poor customer service. They took 3 hours for oil change when there were only 2 people ahead of us. Guy was so rude and unprofessional, after waiting for 2 hours when i asked him why it was taking so long, he said you can take your car and go somewhere else, he said he has been in this business for 38years, in that case i can only imagine how many people might have suffered such a pathetic customer service. We were there for service, not to be treated like we owed them something. Such people don’t know the meaning of customer service and they run the business. The sign board said $20 for oil change(most cars), not a clear sign, just to fool people to get in,charged us $30 for Sonata. Website shows they were open on Saturday till 4pm, but when i asked the guy he said 2pm. Don’t trust this workshop, no information is legitimate. Won’t even give them 1 star.
