best vape shop I’ve been to. owner was super cool and really took the time to help us out. You can tell they actually care about their customers and know their stuff. Definitely my go-to spot now.
Worst place to order online so far !! I have ordered a Vape almost 4 weeks ago and paid for it . They were fast to take the money , but nothing is being shipped ! Nobody responds to phone calls or emails or messages on Facebook . I will now take legal action to get my money back ! Not a good way to run a business . So much for trying to shop local !!! Pointless !!
Love this location for the staff! Sara is always so eager to make sure customers get what they need in a timely fashion. Even took the time to really educate me on different products to find the best fit for me and i have been using it since. Excellent devotion, excellent customer service, excellent care!

Great experience at GTA VAPES! Came in looking for a specific flavor which turned out to be out of stock. Nabi was able to provide many similar options to what my top flavor entails. Walked out with a great tasting in house juice. Great service from a great vape shop. 10/10 recommend.
Came to this location after breaking the glass for my tfv18. I'm from Ottawa and all my spare parts are there. Thank God we found this place and thanks plenty to shabnam who spent nearly 45 mins trying to help us find a solution. She did, she unbelievably did. It's honest, helpful people like her that make me appreciate this industry and the great people like shabnam in it.
Overpriced compared to all of their competitors in the market. Refused to price match the stlth starter kit that they sell for $5 more than every other shop in Canada. Not very good service.
