She knows how to make your experience enjoyable, calming and relaxing! She is a great massage therapist and an overall GREAT person! I’ve been seeing Maria, RMT, at the Salt Cave in Bolton and she is absolutely amazing. I first went in with nerve pain in my shoulder, and after just a few treatments, the tension and pain in my neck area have been released. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and she really takes the time to focus on problem areas. Her treatments have made such a difference—I can’t recommend her enough!
My daughter got me a gift certificate, for my birthday, best gift ever! From the first step inside the door, I felt welcome! I wasn't "just" a client, I was an "honoured guest"! Would highly recommend a visit! Call and let them know what you feel you need and they will tell you how they can help! On top of all the great services offered, they have an extensive collection of crystals, essential oils, salts, etc!! Had a great time!! Can't wait to go back!!
I was excited to try this place out. I had some recent bad news and wanted to relax and thought what a cool experience. My one hour massage was cut to 30 minutes by the massage therapist, who flew out the door before I had finished paying. The front desk staff didn't have masks on which is okay given they will be off soon anyways. I also said the pressure of the massage was too much and the therapist said "well it's going to hurt" I didn't feel too relaxed after as I winced through the whole massage. No after care, such as "make sure you apply a heating pad" was instructed. The shop was nice and the people were nice but not sure if I'll be returning.
Thank you Salt Cave for an amazing evening. A gathering of 13 ladies for a Paint Night. So much fun, the food was exceptional and the service was amazing. We will be back.
This was our first time at the Salt Caves in Bolton and it was an amazing experience. From the salt cave that helped my allergies to the incredible massages we had. If you have not tried the Float Pod I would definitely recommend it. I was a little apprehensive at first but it was such a calming and zen experience, if you just allow yourself to take it all in. If this is not enough, there is a charming little shop which will have your eyes wondering. This is a little hidden gem and that everyone should visit, will definately be going back.
Amazing place of energy healing and services for the mind body and soul. I love that this type of place exists where I can find crystal healing jewelry, natural products of all types (locally made too) as well as the healing services of the salt cave and massages etc. The owner that helped me was so kind and genuine and I can’t wait to go back!
