We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Casamici for a group of 47 people, and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, Dino and his team made us feel completely taken care of. Their service was warm, attentive, and so well-coordinated- every detail was seamless, even with such a large group. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, the kind of setting that instantly puts everyone in a great mood. And the food… absolutely incredible. Every dish was delicious, generous, and beautifully prepared. Our guests were raving all night about how plentiful and flavourful everything was. Thank you to Dino and the entire Casamici team for helping set the tone for such a special weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
I was on my lunch break at 2pm and went over to eat but the doors were locked. I looked online and it said they close at 3pm for lunchtime. I knocked and called and no answer then a man came and said they closed early. I told him that they should change the times then because how would anyone know when they can eat. I went back to work then tried again later at 8pm right when I finished. I made sure I checked the hours and it said open til 9pm. I hurried over and was hoping to eat a nice meal but once again the doors were locked. A man came to the door and said that they were closed. I once again told them I checked online and the hours say different. He was very blunt and didn’t care at all saying that he would tell the owner of the establishment to change the hours. I told him I also run a business in Bolton and hours of operation are critical for the public to know so you can ensure you have business. He was very rude and said “Ye, that’s nice… A lot of people also own businesses in Bolton. Good for you.” He then kept blabbering to me as I was leaving basically telling me off. Bottom line is, the only thing keeping businesses in business… ARE CUSTOMERS. Rather than being rude how about you justify the situation and how appropriate times on your website and posted in your windows. 100% would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Terrible customer service.
I had the pleasure of dining at casamici trattoria with my family, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing—each dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive, with a great selection at very reasonable prices. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a family dinner or a night out. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. If you're looking for a place that delivers both quality and value, casamici trattoria is definitely worth a visit! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning
Ambience was amazing, me & my husband loved it. Food was good, she took the wrong order which they fixed it with no issues or delays. We wanted to try risotto as we both were craving for a good one for so long, it was good but not the best. Polenta fries were really good and so was their in-house hot sauce. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice quite dinner with your family or friends.
Dino and his team helped us schedule a lunch for about 20 of us, on somewhat short notice. He and his team took impeccable care of all of us. I can’t say more about the fantastic service we received. All of the appetizers and food came perfectly. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed (even the handful that are difficult to please). Will definitely be back here soon.
Went here today the food is average not the best Italian cuisine, appetizers were okay . I ordered a spinach pasta, which was great. We ordered steaks, which were not really good . Desserts were amazing . But Service was probably the best I’ve ever been to in my life. The waiter and everybody else were absolutely amazing. If the food was more authentic and larger menu than I would’ve given it a five star
Food is always delicious and the service impeccable. We've been coming here for years and intend on continuing our Friday night tradition going forward. The specials are made with love and well thought out. The servers are attentive and accommodating as well. Thanks Casamici team - keep up the excellent work!
