I ordered a veggie pizza and it was a big disappointment. The pizza was half-cooked, with the dough still soft and underdone, and it had almost no taste. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality. This was not enjoyable at all, and they seriously need to improve their food preparation and consistency.
I was really disappointed with Gino’s Pizza. The food took way too long to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and soggy. The crust was chewy, the cheese tasted old, and the toppings looked nothing like the pictures. Customer service wasn’t helpful either — they didn’t seem to care about fixing the issue. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be ordering from here .
We picked up the pizza at last night but I was dissatisfied with it. The onions were raw, and the taste was unpleasant. Additionally, we found hair in the pizza. Please stop promoting your restaurant if you are unable to provide quality to your customers. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I can’t stand having my money wasted.
I recently found out something very upsetting-THE OWNER/ MANAGEMENT takes the employees’ tips. As someone who also works in this pizza store, I know how important tips are. They’re not just extra cash—they’re essential for workers who go the extra mile to provide good service. Taking those tips is unfair and wrong. Even they don’t pay employees money.The lady who is owner of this store. She don’t has manners to talk with their employees. She just fire you without any notice and don’t even pay your money. Moreover, If you are new employee in this store they pressurize you to work without money for some days. I can’t support a business that treats its employees this way
Long waiting time for uber drivers as they prioritize front customer. Reply to owner:- Firstly, i was picking up only 1 order. Secondly, if we cancel order after picking up it’s effecting our rating and we are not like you who hang their customer to dry. We are answerable to customer for late arrival not you. So instead of making excuses focus on getting your things together. I already raised the issue with uber so it will be easy for them to pull file/report easily. Lastly, I don’t know what fake reviews you’re talking about but we people can clearly see that how you making people fool by putting all 5 star fakes reviews in last 1 hour and editing old reviews so that my negative review got buried. Thanks for confirming that you clearly don’t care for the customer who ordered through uber eats. This review was posted so that you can make some improvements to full fill online order on time not that i am customer or not.
I wanted to like this place. But I was very grossed out when the lady took my payment and proceeded to make a pizza by hand without washing her hands. That's just gross and unsanitary. The pizza did taste good. But had to throw it out once I witnessed how unsanitary this restaurant is.
Store was very busy on Friday night had to wait 40 mins. But attitude of Staff and pizza itself was worth the wait.Nice and clean..Greek salad is a hit too
