Just had one of the worst pizzas I've ever had and the pollini were so dry. The pizza was not well done like requested. The driver ran away with my receipt for some reason. How did this place go down hill so badly?

WORST panzo ever had!!! Definitely Boltons worst pizzas and panzos! Ordered 2 panzos dough was chewy and toppings were not cooked inside! It is a disgrace they call this Italian! Pizza nova has to reconsider who they are giving there franchise’s too?

I don't know what it is but I feel that the quality has gone downhill in recent years. Pizza nova was once proclaimed by friends and family to be the best pizza chain. I really can't agree anymore.

I don't know what happened to this place but the pizza we ordered was gross. We ordered well down and it came half raw. No flavour at all. Poor excuse of a pizza. Not even worth bringing the pizza back. More than half went into the garbage.

awful experience. or ordered the pizza and after 30 minutes I ask the boy and he told me none is ready. after 45 minutes I ask another one again and he takes the pizza over the oven which I had been looking at for 35 minutes. cold pizza

1st order - burnt to a crisp 2nd order - ordered a panzo with no toppings or sauce, it arrived with sauce and cheese. 3rd order - delivered someone else's order to our home 4th order - it's been 2 hours and I'm still waiting for it. Just garlic bread. Guess it's not getting delivered? 5th order - ordered 2 panzos, both had incorrect toppings 6th order - dough was raw. I give up with this place.

Great pizza and potato wedges. Not your typical pizza nova. Lot's of staff, have never had to wait or fix my order. Generous toppings on a tender crust cooked perfectly.
