I took my car to Albion Auto to have my A/C checked because it was blowing hot air. The service rep. Dan called to tell me what the problem was and what needed to be done . He gave me a rundown of the cost and the car would be fixed that day. I’m extremely happy with the results. I will definitely bring my car back for future service.
Took my daughter's car in last week for an alignment. Fitted me in earlier than anticipated. Prompt, courteous, and got the job done. Took my wife's car in today for a/c service as it had stopped working. They called back this afternoon and told me it was a leaky gasket on the high side line. Replaced the gasket and are recharging the a/c system. Might be ready before the end of the day. I am very pleased with the service at Albion.
Very friendly people but quality of work was quite bad. Had to go back once to fix their workmanship. Failed a 3rd time, brought to another reputable shop who fixed it properly and commented that initial fix was done very poorly. Ended up paying twice for the same job, not great.
Albion Auto came through for us again and was able to get the car back on the road again fast - even though it was an unscheduled issue. Thanks Dan et al Maintained our cars for several years. Always helpful. Always good service. Highly recommend.
These guys are crooks. I take my car in to get the tires changed and they say I need $2000 worth of repairs. The guy seemed like he was lying through his teeth, so I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and he says nothing needs repairing, just $500 worth of cleaning. These guys are terrible and I hope they get closed down
Gave me a quote of more than $1500!! I was able to get the work done from another location for under $500!! Go to this shop if you want to pay 3x more than what you should be paying!!
They’re nice people but really low quality work for the price. They did my exhaust and 2 days later every joint fell apart on the highway, 3 visits later they finally did decent welds that fell apart 6 months later. I gave them another chance and went back for an undercoat before winter and the truck rolled out completely dry. Their excuse was they used a compound that soaks into metal but that’s obviously a hack answer. Save yourself the time and steer clear of this place.
