Honestly was a regular coustmer , even referred clients to these scammers I took my car in for safety my sister called the guys like 180$ to her knowing she’s a girl and she might not have much knowledge, after 10-20 mins I called nav because I was his coustmer I asked for safety this guy tells me 150$ if there’s work on the car and we do the work it’s 150$ my sister knew this guys are not honest I still thought to trust and get it safetied payed 780$ nav was all trying to be professional using words that his tech told him and explaining me the risks I have never uploaded a review for any business I been in Canada for 9 plus years but these guys trust me don’t trust these mechanics I called there neighbouring shop and 3 other shops which are telling me a way better price knowing my brakes could have passed safety but no they wanted to sell brakes just to do safetyguys red flag , scam alert , dishonest, now my cars electric parking brake isn’t working I go to the dealership there telling shit brakes and the person installing did not plug the calipers circuit back in and the dealership told me this is unprofessional because they manually did my caliper knowing new technology the compute puts the car in brake pad replaced mood and I had a life risk because the circuit was open your charging me so much labour and still not working professionally proves you have no knowledge and you just come to make money and not costumers.
All 4 Rims were scratched when tires were swapped. Wheel weights were removed with a flathead screwdriver which caused deep scratches. Previous wheel weight residue was not removed. Tire was plugged without asking or notifying the customer that the tire has a leak. The shop is extremely dirty with pigeons flying everywhere. I honestly can't believe a business operates like this.
