My appointment for stereo diagnostic was at 3PM but I got 20 minutes late and they didn’t even look at the problem and denied for the check up. Worst customer service ever

It was an excellent service provided by Hyundai that got me my new car. The salesman Aditya was very humble and nice guy.Everything was very well executed and he got the paperwork very well handled and smooth for me .I also got the car delivered earlier than it was supposed to be . Really Appreciate it!!

Never going back here again! You shouldn't either. Went in for a type 2 service which costs $129.95 and ended up with a bill for $1564 + tax ($665 for parts and $894 for labour!!!) You read that right $894 FOR LABOUR. That's when they have mentioned an hourly rate of $135/hour and my car was in the shop for about 3 hours. When asked about it, the service advisor said they have different labour charges for different parts. For example, perform brake fluid flush and fill cost me $149.95 ($15 for parts and $134.95 for labour). So, I was charged $135 for someone to open a can of the brake fluid and pour it into my car!!! The worst part is that this isn't the first time I have been oversold and ripped off at a Hyundai service centre before.
